The City of Webster complies with Florida’s Public Records Law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and provides access to public records upon request.

When submitting a request, please include a clear description of the records being requested to help ensure an accurate and timely response. Requests do not need to be in writing or cite a specific statute, but providing detailed information may reduce processing time.

Requests are reviewed and fulfilled as promptly as possible. Depending on the nature of the request, fees may apply in accordance with Florida law for extensive use of staff time or duplication of records. If applicable, you will be notified of any estimated costs prior to fulfillment.
