Utility Deposit
All new customers are required to pay a deposit. The Residential deposit amount is $150.00. This includes a $50.00 deposit for Water, $50.00 deposit for Garbage and $50.00 deposit for Sewer.
Payment Options
The City of Webster will accept payments through the mail, over the phone, in person at City Hall or via the drop box outside City Hall. Checks and Money Orders need to be made out to the City of Webster and you may also make payments through our payment portal.
Billing
All Utility Bills are due every month on the 15th of each month. Accounts that are unpaid after 5pm on the 15th of each month will receive a Penalty Fee added to their bill. Accounts that remain unpaid after 5pm on the 20th of each month will be subject to disconnection and a non-payment fee. If the 15th or 20th falls on a weekend, the City shall designate the next business day as the official due date.
